We have the expertise to set-up and manage sound and audio-visual systems in a wide range of environments for business, public/local authority and voluntary sector meetings and workshops. These are generally hosted in hotels, conference centres, town halls and leisure centres. Our engineers are able to provide and manage the appropriate systems and provide the best possible solutions for your needs.
If required we can organise catering throughout your event. We can provide a hostess services to meet and greet your guests and take care of all the reception activities - name badge and delegate packs etc. generally to make your guests welcome and guide them to the appropriate areas of your event
Albany Event Planning & Management Services can provide many items of equipment that are not readily available eg. Lecterns, flip charts, white-boards. Our engineers are also experts with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc. and can help make any last minute changes to presentations - in fact we can design professional presentations for you as well.
